The main adventure path is a collection of 4 chapters in a single document that takes the PCs from 1st to 13th level:

5e Conversion!

Please Note: The 5e Conversion was being actively pursued, but for a lack of interest is only being developed for local play, meaning it will be expanded only as my group plays through, and then only in rough notes. There was just zero interest from either the PF2e or 5e communities around a conversion, sorry!

That being said, the generic conversion guide is an excellent resource that I will continue to refine and expand for my own use. I highly recommend it!
